"The customer service is horrible. I ordered a decaf coffee and was sent regular. Their website indicates they respond more quickly to emails than voicemails. In the past 10 days I have emailed them twice via their website and left one voicemail. No response whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated trying to get this error corrected. Come on people at The Cafe Connection - you should do better! Update: I have now received an email from Cafe Connection. The rep apologized and indicated the "contact us" form was not working when I sent my emails. She was very gracious and said she would have the correct product sent to me immediately and that I should keep the product that was sent to me in error. I appreciate her efforts and will consider ordering from them again in the future."
"You can go to Amazon and get FOUR bags for 34$. I paid 17 frickin dollars for ONE bag. Shipping is ridiculous. Needless to say, I won't be buying from here again."
