"Took 30 min to get my order, I've never waited so long for a coffee in my life. I tried to cancel my mobile order thru the app but there was no way. Finally got to the window, got a halfhearted apology for the wait. I've worked in retail, I'm normally the farthest thing from a Karen, but come on. Give me a free donut or something for that ridiculousness! They did finally give me a cash refund but that took another few minutes wait because they had no idea how to issue one. Don't even bother with this location!"
