"I went in there for two BC doughnuts which they didin't have she didin't tell me till after I paid. which after I asked if I could get something in place cause she didn't have any of the Boston Cream doughnuts she told me no sorry my boss is not here? What you messed up an order make it right. Would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone!"

"I’m so overly tired of the people employed in the morning here. Every time I come around 9-11 am it’s the same crew and they always mess up on my coffee on top of that when ever I order something else that’s not correct and I tell them instead of them fixing it , they won’t correct it. I didn’t know it’s such an inconvenience to make the same doughnuts that you make all day if I’m willing to wait for them. Deserves no stars only employee that goes above and beyond with great customer service is the over night guy."

"Maria the manager needs to be fire and replaced with someone who knows how to talk to people not make them leave. She talked to me like I was her neglected hated child. Maybe she’s projecting but there was no reason to treat me like I don’t know when I order coffee everyday. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED I WILL COMPLAIN EVERYDAY TO CORPORATE TO GET ACTION TAKEN. Dunking just lost a customer and everyone is les I’ll be able to tell this to. She doesn’t deserve a job that speaks to people have her clean the toilets or make donuts but even then she deserves to be fired."

I was treated terribly when I went and I was the only one there those ladies have miserable house environments or something but they should leave their mistreatment of people at home. No one should be treated like this when you want a coffee. She talked to me like I was dumb. I will call corporate to complain"

"I usually go there for coffee no problem with that just that today I decided to get something to eat. Asked for American cheese … they clearly added the cheddar not what I wanted. and I was also charged for a hash brown that was suppose to be free. Aside from that the hash browns tasted liked they’ve been sitting for a while as well as the bacon super nasty. Disgusting ."
