"Recently placed a curbside pickup, and a worker, yelled from the drive thru “hellooooo” “helloooo” in the most rudest way, and i proceeded to respond with “yes” and she proceeded to yell “drive thru please” and i pull up to the window and the rest of the workers gave off rude attitude, i would just like to say that was a rude way to talk to a customer, she was very rude, and had a really bad attitude."
"Did my order on their app. Easy peasy. They always make my order right. Not all McDonald's are on their A game but the one in West Dundee is on point with taking orders correctly."
"On more than one occasion, my husband and I have placed a mobile order on the app before 8pm and by the time we get to their location, they have closed for the day. The online hours do not match to what time this location chooses to close for the day."
"Everytime I come get breakfast here its always a 10+ minute wait in the drive through. I ordered 2 mcgridles and it took over 10 minutes. There wasn't a line either, the restaurant wasn't busy at all. There is nothing fast about this place."
