"The only SB open until 9:30pm which is so helpful for people working evening and nights. They stay open until the last minute and they are always friendly, even until the last minute they close."

"I went into Starbucks today and the service was horrible. I asked for a caramel flavored drink and i was given plain coffee. Employee was very rude when asked to get it fixed and gave us attitude. She claimed she was “almost leaving” and clearly did not care about providing customer service to paying customers."

"I've never had a bad experience with Starbucks until today. I finished my errands at Target and stopped at Starbucks on my way out. No Starbucks employee was in the lobby. My husband had to yell back into the back for someone to come out. There was no answer at first. All you could hear was 2 girls giggling. I was about to leave thinking they were closed but my husband was pretty insistent and kept yelling louder and louder until eventually someone came out. I didn't hear any apology from her that no one was ready to help. She seemed annoyed that we were there. Sometimes when I go to Starbucks I think some of the people are too nice which is annoying but not terrible. This experience has just left a really bad taste in my mouth."
