"Bunch of idiots had about 20 people get wrong up completely wrong waited and hour no one noticed I was standing with a ton of lumber, ended up walking out and not buying 5,000 in lumber. Going to Home Depot!!!"

"This menards does not honor the discount bags the same as other larger, Better Menards. We lost out on $162 in savings because we shopped at this location for the 15% bag sale. We drove 30 minutes to purchase more of the same out of stock items that another store had DISCOUNTED the Prior day. One of the excluded items was Half the size of the bag, where the other 3 were about the same volume as "the bag." The person that assisted my wife did not offer help to pull down the three 20 pound boxes that were overhead - just pointed and said "they're over here." Find another location to do your business."

"Today 9/6/23 when to this location to get a promotion for a electric screw driver, I ask for it they toldne they don't have it , so I say if you don't have it why you have it advertised? I wanted to buy another one and request the possibility to get a discount for the inconvinient. Manager Chris came and said no, I can't. I told him so then don't advertise something you're not selling, point is things got a beet out if control and he instead tried solving this issue, he got upset and tome he didn't want to sale me nothing and to leave his store, I of curse say something not to nice and left the stre. Chris shouldn't be a manager. Instead of solving problems, he makes them bigger."
