"Worst customer service. I called them for a pair of shoes only to get there, and they said they didn't even carry my size after I spoke with who claimed to be the store manager and confirmed they had my size shoe in store. I drove almost 2 hours to be told they don't even have 1 pair in any size."

"I didn’t have a great in store experience today. I ordered shoes online that I didn’t love so, I went to return them at the Cape Girardeau store. I went right at opening time and there was a gentleman opening the store. I caught an immediate vibe that he was irritated. I mean, I just want an exchange or a return. He opened the box and says “we don’t have these.” I said “I ordered online, I don’t want the same shoe. A refund is fine.” I paid $130 for the shoe. I had the packing slip and the email showing the amount. He tells me that the computer wants to refund me $99. Then says “This is why I hate my job.” He then says he thinks part of my total is shipping and they don’t refund shipping and I say “No…shipping was free. The shoe was $130.” He rolls his eyes and says “Shipping isn’t free. We don’t do free shipping.” Whole time, I’m not having an attitude or anything. It’s just awkward. He calls his manager. The manager I could hear him talking. He tells him no worries just override and refund. I show him where I had free shipping. I’m a FLX member. Anyway. I got my refund but, I give it a 1 on customer service and a 10 for the manager on the phone."

"Paid 200 for a pair of shoes and it's been a month and now they have no history of the order. So now they have my$200 AND THE SHOES. THEY NEED TO GET A MANAGER WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO MANAGE!!!"

"I only gave one star because its the least I can go. Absolutely terrible service, I was referred to as 'bro' the whole time... On top of that they didnt have any size 11's apparently, which is a pretty common shoe size. Plus the kid was too busy flirting with young girls to provide any assistance. Absolutely bad DO NOT RECOMMEND"
