"Since I got here and it's closed instead of open like it says on line. The store hours that is posted on your website isn't correct. Would be nice to know the correct hours so I can pick up my orders."

"I went to Rock N Hollywood on 12/15/2021 with my mom and one-year old son. We were there for a few minutes and went to the store next door to continue shopping. The store attendant followed us and asked if I was going to try on a dress. We kindly said no as we had not found any we liked to try on. We then went to Francesca’s which is two stores down on the same side. The same store attendant followed us once again but this time with a security guard. She wrongly accused my mom of taking a dress and asked to go through our belongings. I told the store attendant we did not take any items and she replied with I’m speaking to her, not you. My mom’s first language is Spanish so I translated the situation and the lady once again asked to go through my son’s diaper bag. I spoke with the security guard and told him he could go through my belongings but she could not. He stated he was not allowed to do that and then they both left. As the store attendant walked away, she stated that we never come to her store again. We also overheard her talk about our origin/native language as she walked away. Later that same day, I went to security and filed a formal complaint. The same security guard that she brought to speak with us confirmed to me that the store attendant made comments about us speaking Spanish and agreed that the situation had been handled poorly. I will not return to this store again as I felt humiliated and harassed as well as wrongly accused of taking an item."

"DO NOT go here under ANY circumstances!!! They are okay with discriminating and wrongly accusing people of shop lifting with no evidence to support their claims. Recently, my girlfriend and her mother were in the store looking around. They only stayed for a few minutes. When they left they were FOLLOWED by the person working there, Becky, who started to accuse them of stealing and publicly humiliated them by asking to go through their personal belongings and then made derogatory comments about them speaking Spanish!! 1) not only is that none of Becky's concern what language my girlfriend and her mother speak, especially since her mother's first language is Spanish, but 2) people speaking another language is no indication of someone's intentions and 3) judging someone's intentions because they "aren't speaking English" is RACIAL PROFILING. Later that evening we (my girlfriend and I) went back to the mall to talk to the security guard that was there during the incident and filed a formal complaint against her. What's most baffling to me is if Becky was sooooo worried about her items being stolen, you'd think she would have security cameras in the store (we asked the security guard to confirm if there were any nearby when filing the complaint, and he said there weren't), and wouldn't have followed my girlfriend and her mother OUTSIDE OF THE STORE, leaving the store unattended multiple times. It has become very clear that Becky is unfit to hold a customer service position."
