"I can’t tell you what a joy the young man who works the drive thru is in the mornings. He has to be the most upbeat, positive, friendly person I have met in a very long time. He’s always working so fast as it’s usually very busy, but I actually look forward to seeing him and now go to that Dunkin every time. People like him are one in a million these days and I hope he is being properly acknowledged by the business and community!"

"Coffee has been made wrong. Hash browns over cooked and hard and taste like cooked in old used oil. Everything bagel minis not warmed up enough, it was cold to the touch and cream cheese inside hard, and avocado toast with bacon received cold. Not pleased with my order this time around or past recent experiences, not sure what happened but I used to love this location."

"Maybe hire people that actually look happy and acknowledge you when you pull up to the window. I didn’t get any greeting’s and I didn’t get a thank you. It takes seconds to smile and be a nice person."

"We drove thru the drive thru this evening. They were out of donuts like zero, and they had donut holes which were tasteless. We ordered hot coffee and got cold coffee. We order a chocolate shake which was like milk mixes with water, thinnest worst tasting shake ever. We ordered a chocolate waffle cone and the cone was stale, also we were the only ones in the drive thru and it took more than 15 minutes to get our order."
