"I love Pizza Ranch and I am so glad they opened on in Burlington!! Great variety of pizzas, delicious chicken, and nice salad bar. My favorite is the dessert pizzas!! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was there with friends and we all had a lot of fun in the game area. I definitely recommend trying the King Kong VR...super fun!!"
"We have been here a couple times and the food has been good each time. The service was questionable the first time as the cashier had no idea what discounts they had available until I showed him the website. The second time, the cashier was great. Very helpful. The line seems long but it moves along. There is an issue I noticed both times we were there - not a Pizza Ranch problem, a people problem. People will walk in and see someone they know and walk up to their location in line. I thought they were just catching up with people they dropped off but then they paid separately and went to a party room with a group but not specifically together. I have also seen people try and wave people up and they waited in their spot. Thank you for that. I understand parties being together because one person is paying. Sliding up in line because you recognize someone, please have more manners than that. We can all enjoy the great food and non stop selections! Just a note - order a choice pizza right away when you arrive and it will be up quickly to enjoy. Love that option! Sorry I didn't provide buffet pictures, it is always full of people but it moves quickly. Didn't want to get a bunch of people in the picture that might not have wanted to be in it. Also, the staff is great at clearing dishes as they walk by. Thank you!"
"I was very excited to try Pizza Ranch. I went on opening day and the customer service was outstanding! The place was clean, the buffet had great pizza choices, and some amazing crispy chicken. The spicy pizza was to die for! The dining area has plenty of seating for large parties. They have an arcade fun zone area in the back. I love that they have a huge parking lot and it's located right off the main highway."
