"Welp I'm not a fan of outsourced service. I ordered and I asked for a sub but without cooking the bread. She stated I'm going to tell the store directly. That's how I knew. The sub came extremely toasted. I also ordered garlic sauce and the delivery driver brought ranch. I wouldn't complain about the sauce if they didn't charge for them since I bought 10 dollars worth of sauce I'd expect they get it right, and that was on the actual store. It says garlic on the receipt. I normally like Domino's but I'm starting to dislike the way they do business. I would much rather call my local store to put in an order to reduce errors. Since that's no longer possible I may just stop ordering all together. I am glad the driver made the sauce thing right tho. He went back for me."

"This place has gone downhill. First they didn't show up with the entire order. Then they came back a second time with the wrong order. The manager (supposedly named Pepe) didn't want to make things right and instead of bringing back the correct food, offered a refund. All we wanted was the correct order, which is what we were told was on it's way. After waiting an hour, we call back for a status on the order, and Pepe got upset, very rudely dropped the f bomb, and hung up on me 5 times instead of dealing with the problem. Super dysfunctional and rude. And we still never got the correct order."
"I ordered a carry out this evening for thin crust extra cheese. It tasted Great. Thanks Manager -John who took care of me. (He was professional, upbeat, had a Good attitude, courteous, and he made my pizza fast!) You made my night."
"If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Ordered 2 pizzas and they made one of the wrong. I called the store to make them aware of the mistake and it took them 12 minutes to answer the phone. Then they said they would give me a credit toward my next purchase, just call the store and they will take care of it. I have called today twice, waited 25 min on one call and nobody answers the phone. Awful customer service! Update: called again today to give them another chance… 27 min and counting and still no answer."
