"This is by far one of the greatest Rosati’s I have ever stepped foot in. It was super clean and full of life. They have even have a bar in it. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We placed our order and it came out quick. The food tasted really good. Food was so good that we ordered to go order. I will be going there again."

"In March, we placed a pick-up order totaling $72.30. Unfortunately, our pizza was overcooked and tasted horrible, leading us to discard it. We attempted to provide feedback about our experience by calling, but despite being repeatedly assured that a manager would return our call, it never happened. We also made an effort to speak directly with a manager by visiting the location, only to be informed that they were unavailable. Our contact information was taken, and we were promised a callback, which we never received. Needless to say, this was a bad experience compounded by poor customer service. We will stick with Papa John's for our pizza needs in the future."

"Really disappointed - I have ordered 3 deliveries in the last month and we are about 7 minutes from the store. No one mentioned the $5 delivery charge. So today - when I tipped the delivery girl $10 on what I thought was a $37.71 bill..... I really tipped $10 on a $32.71 bill and paid a $5 delivery charge. I have never heard the people on the phone mention a delivery charge when I order. I dont usually nitpick the charges. I have been very generous and apologize to all the future delivery drivers that will get a 15% tip that includes the $5 delivery charge. So much for being generous - you find out that you are being played....."

"The food is phenomenal! My kids and I can't say enough great things about it. Buuuuut... The only restrooms are located in the opposite back corner, far away from the "family friendly" dining area. My kids had to herd through all the oblivious and desperate bar traffic, past the "winners only" gambling area, into a dark hall littered with decorations and junk that should be in storage. The outdoor patio, although convenient for outdoor dining, had broken space heaters and more items that could be better stored for an improved atmosphere."

"The pizza was delicious. We got a thin crust and a double dough pizza. We loved their dessert dough nuggets. They were so good. I think our order was slightly mixed up with the toppings, but it was no big deal. We will definitely be back for more tasty meals."
