Domino's Pizza

"The only good Domino's pizza I ever had was when I was in Michigan back in the 80s. I saw advertised you can order a pizza and get a free emergency pizza. I fell for the trap, paid $15 when I could have ordered one pizza for $6.99. As a company, nothing really has changed, their crust still tastes like cardboard, their sauce tastes like ketchup, and they skimp on toppings on their specialty pizzas. To make matters worse, I pulled up to the drive-thru, and they must have been having a team meeting, because the woman leading the conversation didn't come to the window until 3 minuets after seeing me."

"If I could do NO stars, I would!!! The customer service is AWFUL! I received an automated call letting me know my pizza was on its way. After 45 minutes I called to find out where my delivery was. I was hung up on the first time. The second time I called the person who answered the phone could have cared less and was extremely rude. He told me to call back in 15 minutes if my pizza still wasn't there. An hour later the general manager was the one that delivered the pizza... Again over an hour after they left the store. When she was confronted about the late delivery she claimed that she had spoke to me personally to let me know what would be over an hour, which was a lie. I never once received a phone call. She then said she would go back to the store and check the phone records. She was rude and very unconcerned. Pizza was dried out and cold. I will never order from you again."

"Chris, the so called manager, decided to swear at my 14 year old daughter while she asked for our pizza order. Apparently, he didn’t like the fact we had a free pizza on our account so when she mentioned it should be free he took his frustration out on her. I’m appalled at his actions toward a child."

"Very rude staff! My family was banned because of confusion over how much parmesan cost. The general manager stated we should be "grateful" that we received free parmesan cheese in the past and accused us of "trying to get something for free". I order from here at least 2 times weekly for a family of 3 as well as tip my drivers well. I have never complained about paying my bills. Staff needs to go back to training and learn how to interact respectfully with customers. My account was "banned" because we finally spoke up about incorrect orders, different pricing, no sauce in pasta balls, and more inadequate service. I will also be reaching out to corporate because enough is enough. I would like the store owner to contact me as well."

"as someone who lives in the neighborhood i order here every so often, probably at least once a month. I am very pleased to say that I've been satisfied every single time. Just wanted to leave a review because my pizza is always tasty and made to perfection. A big thank you to the staff for the consistency."
