"I suggest replacing the little girl that works the window at the drive thru. Every single time I have had to go there she has an awful attitude and today was the worst! I was in a rush literally had an ambulance at the house for my kids grandfather and we needed a monitor for him so to be quick I thought I'd ask if I could get it through the drive thru but when I asked she literally rolled her eyes said nothing put the phone down and just walked away, when she did come back to window she wouldn't even look at us instead was sitting there laughing and talking to another employee... Find a new job cuz that ain't the one for ya"

"The pharmacy employees seem to think it's ok to harass phones over personal vendettas that aren't even their own. Using the store phone to make harassment based phone calls on company time and pay is deplorable at the least. Absolutely disgusting business practices. STEPHANIE MITTENDORFF is a vile, rude, pitifully slow and bitter. Allowing this kind of activity from your employees turns out to be capable of civil action in court. This repeated harassment from the business phone line is appalling and infuriating. As far as the rest of the experiences there, my prescriptions are also reported filled, never filed, then miraculously been waiting the whole time. It's almost as if a bitter self absorbed and entitled pharmacy staff decides who for and when medications get filled at their own discretion."

"Always have to go in a make sure they have the correct prescription (they automatically switch to generic & I can't take it), then have to wait a week for it to actually be filled and most recently a rash of incidents being told my prescriptions are ready, just to drive 30 min and have nothing to pick up! When I called to speak to the manager, it was all excuses and not one word on how any of this was going to be fixed. My favorite line was how she already had too many customers!"

"It seems, from reading the reviews, that people have encountered problems here. I haven't. My prescriptions are ready on time, and they generally have what I need in stock. Specialized things I want, I order through the Walgreens website and have them delivered to the store. No problem."
