"Highly recommend! I really like coming here and try to stop when I get the chance. It's a coffee truck that is usually here, but does occasionally travel. The options are to walk up or drive thru. The staff are always great and the coffee and pastries are so good! It also has options for kids, which is nice. I prefer to support local places and the coffee here is better than the chain shops. I really like the monthly featured drinks, they're always tasty!"
"This little coffeehouse is a great find. I had a white chocolate mocha and it was delicious. The employees were very friendly and the service was super fast. The parking lot isn’t in the greatest shape, but don’t let that deceive you if you pass by. I would definitely come here again!"
"My Wife and I first discovered The Hinckley Coffee House at the 2022 Sandwich Fair. Their drinks and pastries are fantastic. You can tell they use fresh and quality products. We really like their Frozen Carmels (pictured). Not overly sweet with a prominent coffee flavor. Staff is very friendly and patient and willing to help you find the drink best for you."
