"Bad service, served by young adults who don’t care to do a decent job. Ice cream was not what I ordered, the other cone was freezer burn, the sugar cones were horrible tasting. We thru them out. They were served sloppy with barely any ice cream Waste of money. Will not be back."

"The customer service was terrible. I nicely asked why our drinks were taking so long & the worker hit me with so much attitude enough for everyone in the room. The drinks were terrible. The atomosphere is gross & dirty, everything is trashy here. Would not recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a chill breakfast. This is gross, won’t be returning."

"Just left there, they had 4 people working yet they couldn't follow directions on 4 bagels that I ordered to not be toasted and the cream cheese and butter to be on the side, instead got a sloppy order, the guy with the tattoos on his face took the order and repeated everything correctly. The bearded guy claimed remaking then will take long without they once again were not toasted and only sliced. Absolutely horrible service."

"i was hungry after my shift. i decide i will get an everything bagel toasted dark w plain cream cheese from the closest dunkin, little did i know i would be truly in for a treat. i was planning on eating it on the way home but i had to pull over to truly enjoy this masterpiece. genuinely best experience ive ever had at a dunkin (and i worked at one before). not to mention everyone there was beyond nice to me. excellent. bravo. #yum"

"I ordered a large hot Chai latte for $4.25. Got 3 inches of foam. And I think they forgot to add the milk. Tried to call but number isn’t set up for voice mail and no one answered. Never again!"
