"Placed an order online through their website. After two hours and the pizza didn’t show up I called to find out what happened. The person in the phone had no clue what to do. Asked for manager and was even worse. Said they had no record, even though I had an order number and had been charged. Said I needed to contact Slice app to find out what happened. Said “it wasn’t their problem”. Even though I ordered from the Taylor Street website. Won’t be back"

"I have ordered from TS over 25 times. We have always been extremely satisfied with their food and service. However, the past 2-3 times we’ve ordered, the food has arrived just barely warm and the quality is not quite the same. For my most recent order … the wings were burnt dry. I was so surprised they would even send them out looking like this. I believe the young lady said she’d give me a refund but the transaction hasn’t posted yet. I just wanted TS to see what they sent out to me."
"I have used Taylor Street many times for catering. I just used them this weekend and they did not disappoint. They are so friendly! The driver arrived on time for the food and did an amazing job setting it up. I love the food and service. I wouldn't hesitate using them again."
