"I don’t understand any of the negative reviews! I come here multiple times a week and everyone is so nice! The new group of younger employees are great. Even when lines are long they are calm and not frazzled or rude. I think any negative reviews come from people who have never worked in the service industry."

"My wife was charged twice for a $15 order. She told the manager she already paid for it. The manager didn’t agree and charged her a second time. Told her if the charges didn’t come off after it was pending he would give her a refund. He denied saying this and I threatened to call the police because it was fraud. He called the regional manager who was his boss. I told him to give me his number. I called him and explained things and he agreed with my wife and made sure the money was ready for my wife when she arrived later that day after work. This is a photo of the person who helped us out who the manager’s boss. call him and complain about this manager please. he needs to be terminated and replaced with a more customer service oriented manager."

"Sunday morning 9:30, long line at drive thru, so went inside. Lady in front of me and I stood for literally 5 minutes watching the owner and 5-6 employees making drinks for drive thru. Nobody even glanced at us! Nobody manning the counter for walk ins. Crazy. Finally a girl asked the lady before me... "Have you been waited on?" Unreal. I finally hollered out, Can I get 2 donuts please? Please take care of the walk-in customers too!"

"Worst service ever! I placed my order through the app for pick up at a specific time. I get there and have to wait 20 minutes for the manager to tell me she didn't see my name and said it in a rude tone. I then checked the app again and the order was indeed placed. She then saw my name finally and started to get my order going. At this point it has already been another 10 minutes. She then gave me my coffee and complained that I had more to my order. Then proceeded to not even give me my whole order. I tried going inside and the doors were locked. There were multiple people who saw me standing at the door and I was ignored. Don't waste your time here."
