"When you spend $10 on coffee and can't even get the right. I ordered a blueberry pecan latte, and I get a decafe latte with 4 blueberry shots! NOT EVEN CLOSE and the sad thing the girl even repeated the order before we pulled up."

"Marengo shop across from Marengo Guns. The mouth on the female employee on staff at 10:46am, 12/08/23 was/is total trash. F-bombs every other couple words. She was dissing her fellow employees, the establishment and management. She is there why? What a piece of work! Management needs needs to have some serious conversations with employees here."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited several minutes in line to order. Then we waited 7 minutes to get to the window. The car in front of us gave back their coffee several times. When we finally got to the window we waited again before someone opened the window. Then he couldn't find the order. Another 5 minutes go by, the guy comes back and asked for the order again. By this time I am like forget it and left. Good thing I don't live close by here"

"I am not sure how they stay in business. Every other time I come here they are out of things or items are not available. I went to the drive thru an hour and 10 minutes to close and the person comes on the speaker and lists numerous items I can’t have because they are out of them. I said, I just want a cup of coffee do you have that? She said I think it’s brewing, so I said I wouldn’t mind waiting and then she said she needed to check,. When she came back in I was informed they had already cleaned that and stopped serving coffee. This has happened on numerous occasions. It might be time to just change your hours and close earlier because your staff doesn’t want to work late and is closing everything down early anyway."

"When I go there in the morning at 4:00am, most of the time when the usual young man is there, service is great. He promptly takes my order at 4 o'clock. When he's not there and the manager is there, good luck. The last time I was there I waited at the speaker til past 4. I had to pull up and knock on the window. The manager tells me they don't open til 4, then just walks away, leaving me sitting at the window instead of taking my order. I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. I call that poor management. I hope they retrain or change management. Maybe then the place would be run properly."
