"They don't care about servicing anything but the drive thru. They constantly mess the food up, let customers stand in the lobby for 10+ minutes waiting to even have their order taken. Carsides take forever, they have argued with me over my order after the app deleted it, even though I had shown them the reciept. All around poor management."

"I use this location often, normally they do good, that's why I put 3 stars instead of one. I placed a mobile order today and I accidentally placed counter instead of drive thru. I explained that with person at second window and she said I have to come inside to get or it will mess up their system. I don't understand, how grabbing a bag sitting on the counter and giving me thru the window will mess up your system. All she need is like 5 extra foot steps and you decided not to. I had to park and go inside. And I can see she standing at the window and my bag sitting on the counter. Terrible staff support."

"i asked for a large iced caramel macchiato with no caramel drizzle and for it to be continuously mixed. (because with an iced macchiato, they stop mixing when the milk stops) the lady at the register rang my order up correctly and somebody else came up and told me i was ordering a latte. i have previously worked at a mcdonalds and know tgat they are NOT the same. ive had both drinks and know the difference. the girl at the register defended me and told the other girl to just make it how i wanted. and the ither girl made me an iced latte instead of a caramel macchiato. not very pleased."

"My husband and I stopped in for breakfast and waited over 20 minutes just to place our order. The drive thru was backed up almost to Phoenix St. The woman who placed her order before us was still waiting on her food when we walked out. The gentleman in line behind us left as well. The team working seemed very disorganized. We gave our business to another establishment. Paid a little more, but for the better service it was worth it."

"Normally no complaints, at least not enough to want to write a review. However, today I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and the burger came with literally nothing on it. It was me and maybe 2 cars in line so not sure what the issue was. You'd think whoever is in the kitchen would have been there long enough to know that most people would specify "plain" if they wanted a dry burger with no toppings."
