"We stopped here to get ice cream. Ice cream seemed fine but when we went to use the bathrooms we wished we hadn't stopped here. Bathrooms were disgusting, toilet handle was broken barely hanging on,paper all over the floor,sink was dirty. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the place is if the bathrooms are that disgusting."

"Very disappointed in this establishment. The Honey BBQ tender basket used to be so good. They had huge strips, and now they’re like hard chicken nuggets. They also used to give a ton of fries, making the price worth the food. now it seems like they just wipe some sauce on the now small tenders, and leaves me feeling disappointed. I was a huge fan of this location since middle school, but over the last year things have changed. Food quality has significantly gone down and it feels like they give you those leftover trash scraps that you’ve been dreading to eat at home. Will not be ordering food here ever again after today. This is the worst it’s been and it’s gross. I never have written reviews for a restaurant before but unless this establishment brings back the quality we all know and loved in the past years, you will keep losing frequent customers. In response to owner: I’ve been giving you guys a chance repeatedly over these last few months. It gets worse everytime and is such a disappointment."

"Jack was more concerned with his phone call than our order. Pretzel sticks were hard. Our blizzard order was wrong. 3 stars because the ice cream was still tasty. Pretzels weren’t good this time around. I’ve had them before…they were good my last visit. I’m just disappointed the manager or owner was more invested in his phone call, which was on speaker, than getting our food and ice cream in a timely manner."
