"I went to the Salem store today with my mom. First off, we weren't greeted nor did anyone ask if we needed any help. My mom bought several items. We get back home to Centralia, to find two of the items still had the security tags on them. So we had to drive back to Salem to get them removed. When we got there the sales clerk didn't think it was a big deal and couldn't believe it wasn't detected when we left the store or when we returned....I love Catos. But I will not be going back to the Salem store....."
