"Dr Suffredini is knowledgeable and friendly. But her receptionists' hypocritical enforcement of mask policy tarnished the whole experience. While still enforcing a mask policy at this time, one receptionist blatantly informed a parent that a mask was required for a parent but not for her as she's an employee. Her prideful attitude and unprofessional behavior had not only affected the parent involved but also others in the room. Be aware of this unprofessional receptionist behavior if you choose to see Dr. Suffredini. I hope management sees this feedback and improve patient experience."
