"The system for paying at this garage is unethical. Every parking garage I’ve been to asks you to pay when you leave. In small print, this garage asks you to pay as soon as you park with a QR code. When you’re rushing to meet a reservation for a dinner, it’s fair to assume you might miss this small print. If you don’t pay when you park, you will get a boot on your car and are asked to pay $130 to remove it. They have no way of determining whether or not you had the intention of paying or not. And they don’t care. I saw 5 other cars with boots on them. This garage is praying and profiting on people who aren’t used to a new parking system. Incredibly frustrating."
"Couldn't have gone worse. Didn't accept my prepaid parking and charged me 96 dollars. Absolutely scam, don't ever use this parking garage. Should be illegal"
"Took my cash and didn't let me leave. Absolutely trash"
"BOOT RIP OFF - so this company plays the 'boot to scoot' rip off game. We arrived a 4pm on a Saturday and paid the kiosk $24 +. Placed the ticket on the dash and walked away. Then returned @ 6pm and the "boot" was on along with a sticker on the window saying it was due to non-payment. We called and 'the guy' came out like 10 min later and then looked @ the ticket and removed the boot. Literally - looking @ the ticket they placed the boot on "10 minutes" AFTER we had paid the ticket and walked away. - Rip off. Seems like it's the type of place where they are banking on you losing your ticket and then charging $130 to remove the boot. So save yourself some heartache and headache. It's so sad that people scheme ways to take others hard earned money. Do not park here. News on your side should check this company out and expose them."
"$10 to check the prices—even though the prices posted were $3 for 20 minutes. Went in, website quoted $66 for an overnight stay, and got slapped with a $10 charge on my way out. Highway robbery. Wasn’t inside for 10 minutes. Park elsewhere."
