"NYE event parking was advertised as $10 — confirmed with attendant that was on site that it would be okay to stay overnight and she said yes and provided us with an event parking ticket. She had a wonderful attitude! Unfortunately upon attempting to leave the machine prompted us to scan our ticket and we noticed our ticket did not have a bar code and there was no attendant on site to verify. Attempted the help button on the machine which routed us to a rude call taker who stated we had to choose the “lost ticket” option and pay an additional $35 to leave. ABM parking services customer service line was a joke."

"The man working the booth just harassed me and accused me of not being able to pay. When I got out my card to pay, he yanked it our of my hand when I told him not to. He then paid it for me and told me leave. Entirely uncalled for, and he looked like an idiot when my card went through."

"Beware, it says $10 but that's only after 5pm. It doesn't mention this anywhere that I saw. I parked at 4:40 and when I left I had to pay $25. It's a good location so I'm giving it 2 stars."

"Easy access and decent slot sizes. The worst part was exiting at the end of a show at ACL. I HIGHLY recommend backing into a slot while traffic moving through the garage isn't super heavy. $10 is not too crazy for covered parking for the evening either."

"Very Clean and modern looking. Plenty of parking spaces, great size, and very secure. The security here is great, and you don't ever have to worry about your car because these guys got it taken care of! Awesome garage!"
