Walmart

"I see my review was removed but I am the review queen! Like I said, it's overcrowded and it's the worst Walmart location I have ever shopped at. Been living in this area for a little over a month and I dread coming this location every time due to being mainly a self-checkout store. The employees stand around talking and scrolling through their phones when they could be on a register checking customers out. It grinds my gears to see them standing back looking at us doing their job for them and they are getting paid for it. I see they finally took the boards off the off the windows on the grocery entry side. The indian male associates speak rudely to the customers especially when they want to force you to check yourself when they see you standing in line for one of the 2 registers that are open. The water machine is on the isle where the bottled waters and juices are and can get very crowded for customers who come to isle for items. In my opinion they should have in area by itself. This location is just a very uncomfortable location to shop at. Walmart no longer cares about good customer service and providing a good shopping experience for it's customers."

"I gave three stars because I like coming to this location it's convenient to where I live but I do not like being prejudged before I even get to the check out I would prefer to check out my own stuff so I don't have to watch a cashier sit there and laugh at herself pick her nose and touch my not cool Walmart"

"DO NOT COME TO THIS WALMART. I'm surprised the location is open. I sat & waited to get something that is locked up over 10min and nobody came so I guess the store associate told nobody. I wasn't the only 1 waiting.."

"As regular shoppers at this Walmart Supercenter, we appreciate its expansive floor space, vast product variety, and ample parking, albeit a bit spread out. The availability and quality of fresh fruits and vegetables are commendable. Indian groceries are somewhat limited. The staff is generally helpful and courteous. An interesting quirk - a gathering of ravens is often found in the parking lot in the evening. They're quite bothersome and poop all over any parked cars. Haven't seen them in a while though. In summary, this Supercenter provides a good shopping experience. For large shopping hauls and fresh produce, it's a go-to spot."

"Walmart should support OTR drivers more. We often patronize this location and may park/wait in our cab less than 6 hours between loads on occasion (say once per every 1-2 months). However, today we were booted at 4 am by a towing company impersonating Dallas County Parking Enforcement—even bearing the same name, but having no law enforcement jurisdiction. We were forced to pay a $297 fee to have the boot removed. Although we missed the posted signage; This enforcement is absurd and goes against good community culture and good customer service. We will submit this incident to Walmart Corporate Offices. In the meantime all professional drivers and travelers should beware and not patronize Walmart or Retailers that would penalize patrons for resting on the side of safety in well-lit parking areas that are never filled to capacity. Additionally, this Walmart closes from 11pm-6am during the hours we were parked in-vehicle. We never left our vehicle or attempted to use the lot as a vehicle storage area (The Vehicle was running)—nor did we park where we impeded traffic or made the lot appear unseemly."
