Wendy's

"Tonight I took my dad to Wendy's.. we ordered our meals at the drive thru and pulled up to the window.. the girl that was working seemed irritated that we were even there.. after she handed me our sodas and straws I said thank you.. she slammed the window in my face.. she seemed more interested in the guys she was working with than her customers.. (we were the only ones there) We got our meals and left.. I got half way down the street when my dad said his soda was not a coke so I tasted it and sure enough it wasn't.. it tasted like diet cherry coke.. so then I tasted my sprite and it tasted like diet sprite.. so i turned around and went back.. I pulled back up to the mic.. she said how can I help you? I said hey I just came through and ordered food but our drinks are wrong.. I said we ordered a coke and a sprite.. she said wasn't that what I gave you a coke and a sprite.. I then said no I'm sorry but these are not right.. she said pull forward.. she then opened the window and told me that she made a coke and a sprite but she would remake them and she took the bad sodas back.. several employees came to the window where she was and started saying that we just wanted free drinks, making fun of us, and we felt completely uncomfortable! She finally came back and gave me the new sodas and this time they were the right ones.. BUT While we were sitting there I watched an employee walk up to the drink station, take the lid and straw off the cup he had been using, dipped it into the ice station, knocked some ice out of his cup back into the ice station (the same ice that EVERYONE uses for their drinks), and then filled his cup up with soda.. TO SAY THE LEAST WE DID NOT DRINK THOSE AFTER THAT!! Do better"

"Foods been great and nicely made. The young lady at the window wasn't horrible. But needs customer service training. She just doesn't know how to or doesn't care to talk to customers."

"I actually placed an order and was in the process of waiting for it when I noticed the girl that was making sandwiches wiped her nose with her glove on and proceeded to continue making sandwiches. At that point it was brought up to the manager that was on duty she was extremely rude and made it seem like it was such an effort that I asked for a refund. She proceeded to give me my money back without an apology and not even a word."

"I'm fairly certain the staff here isn't sure what items constitute a menu item. I had multiple junior bacon cheeseburgers without bacon and others patrons approached the counter about mishaps with their orders as well while we were at the facility. Overall, I wouldn't go back considering there are other food options not far down the road."

"Gee I don't like to give bad reviews, we all need to survive, but I have no idea how this place is still open. Poor service. Rude cashier. Nasty bathrooms. It'd be understandable if it was the end of the day, but it was morning and no customers. I wonder about our food. It was cold. The place was overall unclean. I hope we don't get sick. No wonder why the place was empty."
