"My first time ordering was without incident even though the part didn't for after providing my VIN. However my second order was canceled without reasoning... I called and they had no clue why... after I sent an email I was told that my "IP address said it may be fraud" and the parts didn't match my VIN as the reason... NEVER had this issue EVER... wasn't even an issue when I played my first order. At this point I feel it's my name that's the "red flag" my order was paid for using my PayPal account (which I've had since 2008) so my money wasn't an issue... and I've never dealt with a company that didn't call to confirm you ordered the right thing before just canceling your order. I called my dealer and ordered the same parts no issues. This company doesn't want money from POC"

"Didn’t tell me ahead of time I’d have to pay a $200 diagnostic fee. They misdiagnosed it as well. I fixed it myself in 10 min and they wanted $500 for that on top of the diagnostic fee. Price gouging."
