"Replacing the clutch on a 97 ranger 2.3ltr XLT. Came in 3 times about a quick disconnect tool for the clutch line to the transmission. Ended up buying the metal one, exchanged for the Ford fuel/transmission plastic tool. We had to return this one. In the end, we ended up making a makeshift one. It only took like 4 - 5 days just for this. We're on like day 5 - 6 on getting the clutch pedal no longer soft."
"Amazing staff. Had issues with a part from another auto part store and explained the situation to the employee. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location."

"I've been a loyal shopper of this OReilly for over 5 years, I've spent thousands of dollars and I've watched this store go from a 10 star to a two star. Some of the younger newer staff are not friendly and lack customer service knowledge. They don't even great you when you enter the store. I waited 25 minutes for a second employee to come from in back to help me and 3 other people in line."
