"Got a McChicken and a large fry for my mom. Fries were cold and hard and the sandwich was super dry. Tried to bring food back in the morning as I had worked a very long day, refused to allow me to do that. Told me the only option was a card in the mail or I had to bring it back right then and there. Not happy about it."
"This is the McDonald's in the town I live in. I was home for a Dr appointment and went to DQ for dinner, BUT it was so bad I had to throw it away. And as a person who eats out a lot... that's a statement. A couple hours later I went o McDonald's and they didn't disappoint. Food was hot and I got what I ordered.
