"We went through the drive through and they said they didn't have our order even after us listing out every individual donut...but when we walked inside they just said oh and handed us our order...not sure if they're just not fully awake or what...maybe they should try a coffee"

"Online ordering is almost always turned off. I went in for the first time in awhile to find it had not changed. I had stopped going due to the poor service and found it had not changed. Employee said they couldn't take a small donut order because they didn't make as many that day, all while a full wall of fresh donuts sat behind them. They said I could make 2-4 separate transactions but couldn't sell me 2-4 donuts in one order. It was fine, I went elsewhere, but in a small town like this where everything is shutting down, one would think that any customer service would be provided, not be met with employees with bad attitudes refusing the main service your business offers."

"I would give zero stars if I could this location was really good about a year ago. Past couple times drinks have been made poorly or know one answers the drive thru speaker. I hope the new location in Marion will be better I will not be going to this one again. The pictured I included was of my drink yesterday yes it’s not stirred but once it was it was completely white like the bottom part.. Drink is usually a lot darker like the top it tasted as though they just added creamer nothing else."
