"We arrived late and had a delicious meal. I was surprised at how busy they were even at 9 pm at night. Still, the wait staff accommodated us quickly and our food was out in no time at all. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"I went in and it was very busy. Me and my family (my wife and 3 kids) had to wait a very long time probably over an hour. After waiting an hour out server Amber was very nice and kept us laughing. She made sure we were well taken care of and did everything very quickly. highly recommend to ask for her you won’t be disappointed."

"We were seated once our whole party was present. Service was fast, and our server was friendly. Steaks were cooked as requested and had great flavor. It's not as noisy as the last time( we liked this)."

"We went in just to get a quick bite. Tara was our waitress, and she did a wonderful job. They had great service and were not too busy. We will continue to visit this restaurant because of the service. The food tasted great, I always find something new and try it here. I have never hated anything on the menu. Oh, and don't forget the rolls. You can never fault their rolls. Parking is always close, and the driveway, although busy at times, can be easily navigated. Until next time, have a great meal."

"The customer service in Quincy is horrible. Your staff doesn't know how to smile, be polite, respectful, or courteous in any way. Corporate needs to care enough to get involved and fix it. It's been bad for years. They skip people in line, bring cold food, overcook ribs, and don't understand how to waitress. To top it off look at the floor before dinner rush. They never touched it! Trash and dirt everywhere. Where's the health inspector? Always a bad idea and a miserable experience!"
