"**Edited review to add…** I have since had Nohemi and Lilian reach out to answer my questions and enquiries and both have been informative and more than helpful and have completely turned our experience around, after the initial hiccups my experience with applying has been excellent and original quote was honored, appreciate and thankful for the effort! Thank you So disappointed with the management of this property, we toured an apartment and were given a quote for the apartment we toured via email, we were told to reach out to Lilian which we did, we were directed to apply via the online portal, we have been trying to apply and contact them via email, call, website and text for 2 days in regards to the application and no one has returned any communication. The site and contact forms could be a little more user friendly, hence the communication we have tried!"

"I wish I could give this property a higher rating, because the community has potential. Unfortunately, their management, the construction/layout, and other issues pushed me to share my experience after my 12 month lease. Main Issues- Management is impossible to get in contact with, Whether via phone or email, or even in person, they do not answer you. The office staff is unhelpful, and treated me like a burden. My wallet was stolen out of the gym, and the office did not respond when I just asked if they had found it. Homeless will break into vacant units constantly, and hangout around the amenities. The electric bill is sky high, I was paying $200-$300 for a 1x1 monthly. The unit had no ceiling fans, and barely any light fixtures, so how that happened, I have no clue? The A/Cs are as old as the property, and will read at the temperature that you set it to, but will not blow ANY cool air. I suggest buying plug in fans because the apartment gets HOT. There are bugs everywhere, roaches always. Luckily, I self treated the unit and the problem got better, but the property charges a monthly pest control fee, and pest control never sprayed once. They would leave a note saying they did not have a key to enter..... The hallways are super small, so moving is difficult. Moving in was hilarious, the apartment was completely filthy, and set the tone for my entire lease. There are constant water shut offs, and they barely notify you. Good - The location is great, close to downtown and shopping. Next to an HEB plus, and lots of local food options. The community was super quiet, and I barely heard my upstairs neighbor. They also do provide security after hours. The traffic in the area was actually pretty non-existent, and commutes were easy. Their other monthly fees are super low, and the prices are reasonable. There are plenty of parking spaces around the property as well."
