"Well I can start by say that Sheena is very polite and respectful towards her tenants she always have a smile and warm welcoming when you come into the office she will not let you leave until she has met your needs and anything you have a problem with. I can honestly say that I feel good and satisfied when when I leave her office."

"Sheena just as fake as Delores. Karma is gonna eat you and her up the way y’all run your mouth and treat the residents is not cool. Just know every lease signed here comes with 8,000 roaches. These people moved me in a unit that had a microwave full of roaches and they knew it was infested and it still is right now. Wrong is wrong and Tam should be ashamed of the people they have running their property. When you don’t speak up they run you over and Delores ain’t nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional who think she got power but really don’t."

"So I love when I call and speak to Sheena! Sheena has always made sure to help me when I call her. I have not met her in person yet, but I would rather talk to Sheena instead of Dolores. Just the other day I was having problems with the new resident site and she stayed on the phone and fixed the problem, thank you Sheena!"

"Too bad I had to select a start in order to post. I did not want to give a 1 star it should be 0, but I have to post this. It's time to let the truth be told with the current manager Deloris Luna. This lady sends continuous unprofessional emails almost everyday about something. This is HARASSMENT! She's a knit picker, lies and very unprofessional. She will knock on your door like she the police. Issues with this manager have been reported to the corporate office, but never heard back. I want everyone to know to be careful with this lady. Her demeanor is off and like I said VERY unprofessional. She think she's doing something of trying to maintain the apartments, but this is not the case. The most important reason for this post to let everyone know she will communicate your business with other tenants. She talks about people behind on their rent and go into details to other tenants. THIS is not professional! Deloris, if you want to respond here, now is your chance. We can't keep letting you slide. Something has to be done to let the corporate office know what's going on. I have proof of you telling tenants business. I hope corporate read this and respond, because I have something to say. I will reply back. These apartments had so many different managers at this location. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!"
