"First time visiting this location. Very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and nice. The waiting area is very big and spacious. Gives the kids enough room to move around if needed. They also have tvs placed in different areas with kid friendly shows. Seating is very comfortable and relaxing. The doctor I saw was very nice and friendly. She listened to what I my child had experienced. She also did not rush the appointment. She cared about my child and helped him get the resources that he would need. I have already referred family and friends to this office."

"Got there on time! Front desk chick FORGOT to check us in even after we gave her our name because she got DISTRACTED! Then the office decided they couldn’t fit us in because we were in the waiting room too long! We’re sending them an invoice for time, tolls, gas, private school tuition for the day missed. The office needs to take responsibility for hiring staff that’s unable to do their job correctly!"

"I called to make an appointment for my 5 year old for suspected absence seziures, after his PCP referred him to another pediatric nuerologist that's booked 5 months out. & Dr.Ligi came highly recommended by a friend. The person on the phone told me they are only a month out & require referrals directly from the PCP for them to schedule an appointment and ARC does not refer them. (Who our PCP is through) Our health insurance does not require referrals (Cigna PPO+) & this is the office they suggested thats also in-network, very disappointing! My other children see 3 other specialist at Dell and they have never required a referral."

The hospital staff was so kind and willing to help answer all my questions during our stay at Dells Childern hospital. Dr Tyler Kabara would visit each day to see how our son was doing okay post op. We even received cell phone to on-call team. Nothing but the best! We highly recommend!"
