"Dr. Geloneck is absolutely the best. I am 100% confident in her care and she has been great since day 1 with her communications on my kiddos eyes. Sadly, the administrative staff at this office is just awful. We have been going to Dell for years now and twice I have shown up at the Austin office for an appt they have told me is on a different day even though they printed the appt reminder for me. Somehow they keep switching appt days and times and just expect you to wait hours or show up in the only opening they have for the next 2-4 months. This is my kids health here, I am not comfortable waiting 2 more months to be seen when the doctor was clear we should be here for a follow up at the 4 month mark, not 6 months. I took off work to be at this appt and the administrative staff goofed, big bummer considering we love Dr. Geloneck so much."

Aside from the dilating of the eyes and the actual exam, she loved the office! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. She loved walking around and saying hi to everyone."
