Taco Bell

"This Taco Bell needs to replace the evening manger by the name of Darren. First of all we got the wrong order which okay I understand mistakes happen but when we told Darren about the problem with our order he caught a nasty attitude and started rolling his eyes then we accidentally hand him the wrong receipt and he proceeds to ball it up and throw it at my husband’s face. I’m not sure if this is how he treats paying customers or if he was just having a bad day but either way that it’s disrespectful and disgusting. He needs to be fired immediately. He could have easily gave us a simple refund or gave us what we paid for, instead he assaulted my husband and ruined our night. Darren needs to be taught some manners and needs to find a new job if he doesn’t know how to solve problems. The other two employees (the cooks) did what a manager would do and remade our order and apologized for the behavior of their manager, it was literally that simple. We are visiting from out of state and if this is what Missouri has to offer we definitely won’t be coming back."

"We ordered our food and it was ready in no time the servers were really nice and the restaurant was really clean"

"The service was slow. The food was greasy and taco shells broke to pieces. The atmosphere was like everyone was mad waiting for there food. Then a lady came in with her dog in her arms. Ordered stood by soda machine with the dog. Then sat at a table and let her dog eat food off the table. No it was a service animal either. Not one worker said anything. That's gross and disgusting."

"Not sure what is is with the Taco Bell’s in Farmington but something is always not working or food is always wrong. I ordered at a Karsh location and their grills were down. They told me to go to w Columbia that they would honor it. When I called here to verify that the manager was sighing on the phone and annoyed with me for asking nicely if they would. Finally I got frustrated and hung up. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel my original order and now I have to go through corporate to get a refund since she wouldn’t honor it even with an order confirmation. But she was extremely rude and upset and unprofessional"

"2nd Taco Bell in the area, which blows the life ther out of the water in all categories: food quality,service, and friendliness of staff. The nachos party pack with steak added instead of beef is awesome. Everything was good the nachos could have had a bit more cheese but otherwise good."
