"San Paloma gave us an app to pay our rent through. We can NEVER long in and always have to go to the bank get a check. We have complained over and over. We also had to pay late rent fees due to issues with logging on this app to pay our rent. It’s so inconvenient!!"

"Upstairs neighbors were allowed to keep giant dogs chained in the apt all day making it hell for the neighbors below. The apartments are low quality with terrible sound insulation. Not a very safe place to rent as cars were getting stolen, even though the complex is gated"

"This was our first apartment. Staff at the leasing office were professional, nice and informative. They hold packages for you which was great. Mail man who dropped off here was very nice too. Rent was 1.5k for 2bd\2bth, but then after living here for year, it was now increased by $100. The interior looks like straight from the early 2000s. Appliances and interior does not look updated to modern times. Dish washer didn't dry properly so every time we used it, we had to open it after the washing cycle to dry. Maintenance worker told me it's suppose to work like that... There were also unprofessional maintenance workers coming to my door to buy my car when it's not for sale... One was very creepy enough that they followed me to my apartment door, knocked on it to buy my car and I've never seen him before!!! Garbage was $12 and then it's to $25. Valet garbage workers come at 12 am to pick up garbage when it should be 5-7pm... Not a lot of parking... Be wary when coming home, otherwise you have to walk very long distances because there's so many cars parked here. Neighbor was very noisy and screaming in Spanish all the time to the point where people from other buildings had come to ours and tell her to shut up. She had a lot of noise violations by the time we moved. Since the water is metered for the whole building, there was very wasteful neighbors that will drive everyone's bill up. We moved to a more affordable, modern apartment."

"This is a very nice place! The pool is GORGEOUS! It is always clean and large enough that it is not crowded. There is also an indoor spa, gym and much more. The office staff is very friendly. Geri answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"I love living here. The staff are thoughtful and kind, the pool is unbelievable, there's trash pickup at our front doors on weeknights. My only frustration has been that the parking spaces are a bit narrow and that can make it hard to get in and out of your car."
