"We have seen Dr. Ghodsi for several years. He is attentive, kind, and an excellent doctor. We are grateful to have found him."
"I am Active Duty military, unfortunately stationed in a state with 1 pediatric hospital. This hospital is a 3 hour drive from us, and gave my son an appointment 2 months out to see a neurologist due to suffering 3 separate seizures. Having family in the area we called CNCA. I called at 4:30 PM on a Friday, trying to get an appointment without a referral. Jules answered my call and without hesitation said she could start a chart for my son even without a referral. Within 20 minutes she has triaged my son’s chart for an appointment. I received an appointment at 8:30 AM the following Monday asking for more information, and a video of my son’s seizure. After giving them what they asked for, I received a call telling us we had an appointment the following Monday. My son was treated my Dr. Patel. She was absolutely great. Answered all of our questions, was patient and thorough. My son was immediately put on anti seizure medication, and an MRI was ordered. My wife and I could not be happier with the treatment my son received. CNCA has to have, hands down THE BEST customer service of ANY pediatric service we have used. Very thankful for them."
"This review is way overdue, but we will try to cover the highlights. Child Neurology has been good to us, and we hope nothing changes because when you have a sick child, the last thing you need is a clinic that makes you feel like you are bothering them or a provider who does not care. We feel that Child Neurology has an exceptional team of providers who genuinely care and a healing culture throughout the office. The staff are always supportive and bubbly. They relieve a lot of anxiety and stress for us because we are always worried about our child’s prognosis. Our child’s first provider was Dr. Ong, who treated our child since the first onset of the seizures. He was patient, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Our child loved him. Unfortunately, when the seizures started occurring frequently, he referred us to Dr. Siddiqui, who was an epileptologist in the same office. Dr. Siddiqui was thorough. She took a comprehensive history of our child and ordered a battery of tests, which were done outpatient and inpatient. She suggested various treatments that would work and then fail or work, but the side effects would be brutal. We communicated via the patient portal between appointments. This was so helpful, making us feel like she was there with us. Her amazing nurse, Kayla, would also reach out to check on our child every week. By the time Dr. Siddiqui left the practice, our child’s seizures were starting to get well-managed. She also ensured we were in good hands. We were worried sick that we would never find a caring and dedicated provider like Dr. Siddiqui, but she reassured us that the new provider was well-trained and that we would be happy with him. She was right. The new provider, Dr. Gutskey, has been great so far. We have seen him twice; he has been gentle, informative, and patient. His nurse, Peyton, is also amazing and has made things happen that we did not expect, such as providing a letter we did not know how to describe. What is also great about this place is that each provider has a nurse, which makes it great for communication and continuity of care. The nurses have been our advocates, and we are grateful. We have not had issues with appointments, refills, or medical questions. The providers and their nurses have been patient and understanding, even when we asked the same question multiple times or showed up at the wrong office for the scheduled appointment. The patient portal has been our mode of communication, and the nurses usually respond quickly. The appointments can start late because most patients have complex issues that require time to be managed, but rest assured that the provider will give you their full attention when they get to you. They make us feel like VIPs each time, and we are grateful because having a sick child is not a walk in the park in this healthcare system."
"Dr. Karnik is legitimately, the best around! I truly believe that he saved my son’s world and us along with it. Once you meet someone who understands what you’re going through - it Madhu’makes all the difference!"
