Resia Hutto Square

"Resia is a great place to live. Karla and Max are amazingly friendly and willing to go the distance to help you out with anything they can. I do wish there were elevators for people who live on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Also, it would be a great if they would eventually make a small fenced in dog park; maybe in the open space near the playground. Speaking of the playground it is covered to protect kids from the Texas summer sun. Overall for the prices in Hutto it’s a decent place to live."

"Brilliant place to live and I need to say it out loud: the office staff are AMAZING! I've dealt with Max Mamin most of the times and he's been so useful ALWAYS! Even from such a small thing as getting up whenever he greets me to his responses, he's a super representative. I'm not saying the rest of the staff are not amazing but he's the one I've dealt with most of the time. Keep on and I'll live here for sure and gladly."

"The amenities here are great! Fitness center, a spot indoors and outdoors to have a small get together if you wanted. Pool, covered playground! So much to love. The area is close to everything but quiet at the same time. And the grounds and buildings are taken care of. 2 months in and I love living here."
