"Mens warehouse needs to do better. I rented a tux for my wedding. The white undershirts were filthy, unpressed, and wrinkled. You could tell where the last guy tucked in the shirt. We had to beg to get my white shirt pressed as a groom for my wedding as if that shouldn’t be expected. I’ve rented a lot of tuxes and this is the only one that was very clearly not laundered and pressed in between weddings. Ridiculous and insanitary. The employees even admitted as was evident, these shirts aren’t laundered after every wedding. It worked out and I liked the tux fit itself but if you aren’t pressing shirts in between weddings, you should be ashamed. Very disappointed they made it this difficult. Don’t rent your wedding tux from them."

"Husband needed a suit quickly and Mens Warehouse did not fail! Got a beautiful suit and pants had to be shortened 6 inches which we were told would take 2 weeks but when we brought them in (10/12) they said they would try their best to complete by 10/19 but knowing our concern they asked us to wait and 10 min later they had them done (woman tailor stayed late). Exceptional customer service♥️"
