"This place needs to do better been coming for 16 yrs and for the past 1 yr the wait is like 2 in waiting room 2 hours inside like really.. the front omg on hold for 20 minutes as I walk in still on hold while 5 staff just chatting.."

"Do not bring your kids here. I started going here 3 years ago when it was under different management. They totally screw up everything. They put incorrect codes on labs which causes you to have to reschedule your lab appointment. The office is always filled to capacity!!!! They book too many patients and either don’t have enough doctors or move slow. They say they are going to send over your referral to the referral department but you never hear anything from them. I hate this office & it’s my last visit. Dr. Bustamante is great but I wish he worked for a different office."

"I have been taking my kids here almost 6 years now and I can always get an appointment, all three of them seen together when necessary, and always know they are in good hands. We recently moved and I would rather drive the distance to keep my children at Park Plaza Pediatrics, where I know they are getting the best care, than change clinics."
