"Please save yourself the trouble and frustration dealing with this trashed out apartments and the trashed out managers. I’ve moved out over a month and still haven’t gotten any deposit back. Leslie is so unpredictable and do not know her office work. Now I’m being told “I don’t have any deposit coming back to me” after clearly talking to Jenna from the headquarters of rise residential even have emails confirming that I would receive my deposit back. I will be forced to take them to small claim courts to get what rightfully belongs to me!"

"The front desk and manager were so dismissive of me the moment I walked in. I asked if there were any available units and she immediately said no, even though there is a “now leasing sign” available outside and after looking further they did in fact have units available. It was as if she simply did not want to do her job or give me any information what so ever. After several questions of whether or not this was an option and being told no to everything I just walked out. Honestly think I dodged a bullet with this one because of this is how they treat potential residents I’d imagine it’s how they treat everyone living there as well. I definitely don’t recommend wasting your time here."

"Abhorrent behavior of this leasing office. Beware, once you sign the lease, management will treat you like mold and steal your deposit. "Scammers and thieves" is the policy of this leasing office. When residents make simple and normal requests to the leasing office, the manager will act like a "Troll", antagonizing and threaten residents with the police. * Tip: Call the police on her before she calls the police on you."
