"The owners are so understanding and sweet, I just wish they had better management. Jacky is so understanding and tries to work with the rest of the tenants, but as long as they have that one manager I DONT RECOMMEND!!! Have a friend living here and they suck.The manager (Ernesto Santillan) is a RACIST ALWAYS THREATENING The tenants on calling immigration THE CAMERAS DONT WORK!! There’s has already been 2 deaths( 1 man drowned in the pool & the pool was just drained not cleaned and no chemicals are ever added) since New Years and The cameras don’t work!!! THERES NO SECURITY THERES NO RESPECT FROM THE OFFICE. Manager is so rude and always wants to up charge for everything so he can end up pocketing the money. He’s a crook"

"I am currently living here, and we asked to see the apartment before signing the lease...Which the manager Monica got rude and said NO that we couldnt unless the lease was signed. She is very RUDE! We asked questions since of course it was my first apartment i wanted to know how things works and all she did was get an attitude and tell my thats why she gave me to lease to read it. Once we moved in (first day) we saw roaches so we let them know about that (sometime In Last October 2016) its now April 2017 and nothing has been done. I noticed mold around the sliding door which some of it was painted over. Instead of them treating it or at least cleaning it. And let me tell you after 1 month of using the shower it is not full of black mold around the faucets and tub. Ive cleaned it but it.looks like it.coming thru some.cracking that was painted over. So obviously they just painted over instead of cleaning it. Lazy & disgusting.... For almost 2 months we reported noises coming from our AC closet as in scratching,Thumping, squeaking, and findings of chewed up what seemed to be wire tape... And nothing was done yesterday morning (11am) a freaking rat came out. I called maintenance and they told me they had no idea when they can come and fix the damage plus take out the rodent (which is running loose and is not scared...(bc my husband tried taking it out...it just ran to another location where u can see it ) they also told me they might have to just come on pest control day (a week from now) which i cant wait that long due to i have a 3 year old and im currently pregnant (high risk) i cant be getting scared and running like a crazy person plus carry my daughter out of its way.... Which i had to do already and hurt myself. Also the office NEVER picks up calls. You have to go to the office and complain bc you know they wont even do anything even if told. Worst place ever... Do not recommend. My lease isnt up until October and due to all of this i DONT wanna live here anymore. Its ridiculous."

"They have terrible management and have been trying to charge me damage to an apartment that I never stepped foot in or have ever been in. The apartment below had water damage that no evidence was visible so I had no idea it was coming from my apartment and the office is trying to charge me for it. The apartment themselves are very nasty and if you ever have a matienece issue it will not be handled quickly. I went weeks in the summer without ac because of how slow there maintenance is. I would avoid these apartments like the plauge unless you are desperate and need a place to stay."

"This place is just to much, We maintain our apt clean as best as posibble but the roaches is like there everywhere cant call pest control cus my son is allergic to the chemicals.. and the dryers and washers their always a problem. They dont cycle probably or dry enough i dont know how much ive spent putting money on this dam appliances , the swimming pool never got open cus there fixing it all they did was waste the water which im pretty sure we all have to pay.. An other thing the parking theres no where to park i had to park a more than several times outside to only get tickets Like i have so much money to freaken pay all the time this stupid ticket are u kidding me.. While other cars that dont have stickers take the parkin spots. plUs this reserved spots make it harder on us who dont have reserve harder.. then we have cars parking on the red spots like the way to go up the stairs how am i gonna get through why is it okay for me to go all the way around to get to my car this is so honestly stupid and ridiculous .. the only okay I give it is an okay on the landscaping other than that they really need to do somethig with this apts.."

"Worst apartment complex that i have ever lived in.There are a lot of happy families, but you pay for pest control every month and you have to request it, when you do request it, no one shows up to do anything, and you put your animals in a tiny room all day long for nothing. OVER RUN with cockroaches. i mean really bad. They are everywhere, we are embarrassed to have company over because there are bugs everywhere. too bad i can't break my lease. for the most part the staff is friendly, but they are money hungry. There is one guy though, he is a royal butt hole"
