"We have lived in the Belleville area for 18 years and have made several furniture purchases. We have looked at other stores but always end up buying from Mueller. Their prices and Customer Service have always been wonderful but yesterday Mark Mueller and Rebecca Toller went way above anything we could have dreamed. My Mother, 86, purchased a lift chair in Sept 2023 that was too big for her 5ft frame. She has multiple back issues and has great difficulty getting around. Mark's first response upon hearing she was not happy with her purchase was "let's get her into a chair that makes her comfortable and happy". Rebecca took his response and ran with it. They allowed us to order a new, petite lift chair in exchange for the current chair with the only cost being a service plan I decided to purchase. Even that can be exchanged for a store credit if we don't use it in 5 years. How amazing is this story?!? We are so grateful to the folks at Mueller and will be customers for life!
