"I'm usually not the one to write reviews but I have to give it up for Austin Waters! My moving process was very easy and Kaden didn't mind showing me a couple units before making a decision. This place is very safe with daily security passing by and actually getting off checking every hallway! The apts are always clean! from landscaping to trash. Lots of green grass! Could use a playground for the little ones other than that great activities! Any request you submit they get it taken care of in less than 24 hrs! Also we love that they do gatterings for each holiday! Keep the Taco man coming! Happy Resident!"

"I’ve been here going on 4.5 years and let me just say this is the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in by far..the location is literally no more than 10 minutes from I35 where there’s a ton of retail shopping.the pool area is a great size with plenty of seating along the pool.the parking lot is never full and the additional parking isn’t too far away if needed..there’s a sidewalk that follows around the apartment that’s a great walking trail.also they have a ton of dogs that live here which is great if you have a pet that’s dog friendly and loves the doggy park.there’s also a state trooper that lives on site who’s very polite and attentive to any concerns you may have.the property manager (Carrisa) is extremely helpful & caring..she answers phone calls and return emails very promptly. Having a property manager that actually cares about their residents is extremely hard to come by so thank you Carrisa for being kind & respectful and caring. And a big thanks to the maintenance crew,out of 4.5 years I’ve only had to call them twice due to AC problems and in less than 24 hrs they were there to fix it.. they also do a great job keeping the dumpster area and parking lots cleaned..I give Austin waters 5 stars for being such a great complex to live in!"
