"I would highly recommend Viviano Heating & AC. I purchased the Cadillac of residential heat pumps in the Trane XL15 in 2023. To complete the setup, Viviano also installed a new air handler. The sales piece was simple and made easy. One visit to the to our house to see the current set-up and tossed around ideas how to make it better and more efficient. Installation went smooth and I was up and running in 24-48 hours. I did experience multiple problems with the air handler. After several visits by Viviano technicians without resolution, the owner Don came to diagnose the problem. Long story short, Don decided to remove the entire air handler and replace it with another brand new one. I understand there are "lemons" in any industry. Don explained it as just that, and replaced the entire unit at no charge. During the troubleshooting process that led to the replacement, I was not charged for a single visit as they knew the new equipment that was installed was not working properly. Don told me that he would make it right, and he did just that. Don and his staff have been professional every time they have been on our property. Technicians are respectful and I feel comfortable with them in our house. The front desk staff on phones have always been respectful and super nice. Even when I called to politely complain that the system (air handler) wasn't working as it should be. So thank you ladies! I chose Viviano Heating & AC over other metro East HVAC companies for a couple reasons. First, they donated a service call for service to our local parish auction, which is appreciated and shows they care about the community. I purchased the donation at the auction to get the ball rolling as I knew I would be replacing my system in the near future. Secondly, this was a big project that was a bit more complicated due to our zoned HVAC and house layout, I wanted it done right. Read the google reviews, they know what they are doing. And just like my situation after the install, if it is not right, they will make it right. Again, I highly recommend Viviano for your HVAC needs.
