"Everyone was extremely helpful with my transition to a different apartment that suited my needs better, I’m happy with the accuracy and promptness of getting everything lined up, thank you and I hope to be a long term customer as work continues to grow."
"Madison at Westinghouse has a beautiful campus and I am so in love with my new apartment. It is perfect for me and my son and the amenities we have access to are incredible. The staff working in the leasing office are so helpfu. They have been professional and friendly whenever I have needed to interact with them. Thank you!"
"I honestly had such a great experience in the leasing office. Really kind staff and very knowledgeable about the property. Definitely a great place to check out if you are moving to the North Austin area. Great location near many restaurants, h-e-b, and a mall. I had a great experience touring the property."
"Extremely ghetto. They post fake 5-star reviews. They offered people a chance to win 50 bucks for submitting one as well. Most of the real ones are people who haven't even moved in yet or have lived there for 2 weeks. Why someone would post a review before moving in is beyond my understanding... it's like going to a restaurant and leaving a review based on the front door. Dangerous mold on the INSIDE air unit. Completely clogged outside unit. Zero maintenance is done here. Dog poop covers every place there is grass. The foundation around the perimeter buildings is cracking as the ground erodes down the hills surrounding. This is most likely due to all the construction of new apartment complexes nearby. Move in had no hot water, ac didn't work, water pressure was remarkably low, blinds were destroyed, and the balcony door knob needed replaced. The knob was bad enough where you could get stuck outside on the 3rd floor. They had to come into my home 4 times before the knob was actually fixed because maintenance put more effort into arguing instead of actually fixing stuff. They fired the guy who was honest about their mistakes. During the summer, my HVAC was not efficient at cooling the apartment, causing my AC to run non-stop. It was the highest electric bill I have ever had. They don't care because it's not their money. When I explained what was wrong, they argued with me instead of just taking a look. I ended up having to pay a 3rd party to come and find out half of my vents had been closed due to the fire dampers being engaged. When I informed them about the fire dampers, they came and forced them open with zip ties and said someone must have set them off by smoking. The fire dampers are a requirement by law to keep the tenants safe. Fire dampers slow the spread of the fire so people can escape with their lives. Madison does not care about your safety. Now they wanna be petty about my deposit, too. I get it, though; they're desperate for money. The maintenance men are friendly liars that tell you your stuff is working when it's not. If you don't know how hvac, plumbing, and appliances are supposed to work, then you are helpless to their gas lighting. Three days after complaining to the front office about the lack of maintenance done, my tire was slashed. It's in the middle of nowhere off a 4-lane highway at the top of a blindspot. You can't walk from there anywhere that makes sense, and leaving the driveway can be dangerous in a vehicle. There is no parking available after 5 pm unless you pay their parking premium. They force this on you by making most of the spots premium. Unless you come view the place in the evening you won't see all the cars because everyone is gone at work. And to escape this disaster before your lease is up, they charge you several thousand dollars. And they make up excuses as to why they don't send you your security deposit. So far, they claim I didn't provide an address and that they all got covid. Lol"
"One of the worst experiences in dealing with this company. I was nervous to apply because of my credit history still being in reparations due to - like all of us- the struggles and changes during the pandemic. I explained this from the beginning to make sure I wasn’t wasting their time and my money. They assured me the credit was not the thing they looked at. I also mentioned I had to move in quickly and was again reassured that I would receive results within a day. Here’s the result. I had to continue to call and inquire about my application status. They told me only the criminal background was pending - which obviously meant they had the rest of the rest of the information. I called again on the Third Day, and the woman could not even find my application. Then she becomes frustrated with me in her tone of speaking, after locating the application, because she was misspelling my name, but had never asked me how to spell my name. At that point, she let me know that my application was denied due to… you guessed it, credit! I was frustrated and bothered but still spoke to her with respect. I asked why they would have someone apply if they were upfront about their situation and why they would make them wait so long for other checks if they had an answer already. This was a waste of time and money. Then after a long conversation, once again with her about what I was informed, she let me know that the money I gave for administrative fees in the amount of $200 would not be returned immediately but rather via a check and would take 30 days. Unacceptable!! Why is it that someone has to wait for their money to be returned 30 DAYS AND IN A FORM OF A CHECK WHEN YOU WERE GIVEN IT IMMEDIATELY. This was the last thing anyone trying to move would want to hear. Company!!!! Do better. You can not do this to folks and expect good karma. I hope you change soon."
