"I love living at Ariza! The location is perfect and has a lot of amenities both inside and outside the complex. The staff and maintenance have always been friendly to me and whenever I have an issue they do their best to resolve it as fast as possible. I feel like the staff really listens to the resident's concerns at Ariza as well and tries to find reasonable solutions to better that complex. Highly recommend!"
"I am not to make a stop and be giving opinions of every place I visit but in this case it deserves it. and I would like to give my opinion on this installation and leave a 100 stars because really since I moved here I have not had any complaints about any of the services, or the apartment. I am quite pleased to have been able to choose to rent here because apart from the fact that it is a completely new facility, the service of its employees is wonderfully spectacular, starting with the maintenance guys and ending with the customer service team. Its completely clean areas, place and super quiet area, any damage that may arise at the moment is fixed without delay, its pool always cleans the gym always working without problems, I really hope that it stays like this for many more years I would recommend this condominium and I put it in the first place"
"I wasn’t going to leave a review despite many things I didn’t like about this property like limited parking. But I can’t believe their negligence. I signed an amendment to end my lease due to military move and now 3 months later I have a debt collector saying I owe $$ thousands. Not only was the amendment never returned back signed for my documentation (I’ve requested it without response), but ZERO efforts were made to communicate that the account was unpaid or that there were any issues. Nothing was communicated besides an amendment releasing us from a lease. Legally you cannot charge military members for something outside of their control. ADDITIONALLY, they lost my spouses military orders and other vacate documentation. They claim there is no record of orders, notice to vacate, nor amendments and we simply left. Luckily I have an electronic trail of documentation. So on top of them having the smallest parking spots I’ve ever seen, no cameras in parking lot (my car got hit twice), and extreme rules like requiring a wrist band to use the pool. Or the fact that they charge all kinds of amenity fees yet can’t even manage to keep people’s property safe. They can’t even properly handle legal documentation or simple requests and sends people to collections with ZERO communication, no legal backing, and simply no reason."
"The new leasing office team leaves much to be desired and things have to go through Colby (Manager) to be done right. With the old team we never had any overcharged billing issues for almost the entire year. With the new team we started having overcharged billing problems from the very start. For the month of January 2024 we were overcharged. For February 2024 we were being overcharged double the rent. The leasing office was contacted but nobody cared to give any importance or fix the double rent overcharge issue. Also, a new fee of $30 as package locker rental fee was added which makes no sense. The new team also does not communicate in a timely manner or do not respond to our emails at all. The old team (Colby, Brogen and Melissa) signed their names with their emails and we knew who we were communicating with regarding our apartment. With the new leasing team members we get anonymous emails from the leasing office. This can create major problems when you don’t even get to know who you are communicating with in regards to important matters. It is very unprofessional and we hope that they will at least let us know who we are communicating with. If we would have left at the end of our lease we would get lucrative move in specials at other apartment communities, but we chose to stay at Ariza. One reason for renewing is that the manager Colby is still here and our experience was mostly pleasant during our one year stay here. A few days after we submitted our lease renewal the rates were lowered. Our renewal term had not yet started and Colby agreed to give us this rate. The new assistant manager (Crystal) had asked me to forward my email communication with Colby and said that they would honor the new rate if Colby had agreed to it. But the very next day we received an anonymous leasing office email denying the lower rate with made up reasons to justify the denial. It was shocking that just for a difference of $40 in rent they would do this. They tried to dishonor their manager’s commitment. But, Colby kept his word and gave us the new rate. This is what genuine customer service is about. After a few days I had to contact Colby again because our account was still showing the double rent charge and also no updates were done to reflect the new rate change. He said that he was on a work trip to Alabama and our account would be updated a few days later on the coming Monday. What good are the leasing office’s employees if the manager (Coby) has to do these leasing processes for them? The leasing office team should be competent to work on these things quickly and efficiently and it should not take many days or weeks even if it needs the manager’s approval. We live in a digital society where things can be done remotely with great speed of efficiency which is the key to an organization’s success. Making ongoing excuses for delayed or deteriorating service will only reflect on the organization’s long term image and future standing in the market. So far, Colby has been doing his best to keep the high Ariza service standards, but he should also get the proper support of his team to keep it at that high level. When we came to this community one year ago we were taken care of by the old team of Colby (Manager), Brogen (Asst. Mgr) and Melissa (Leasing). If we had any questions or concerns, it was mostly Brogen or Melissa that immediately attended to it and made sure all was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Even the lady that worked part time was awesome and she was very helpful to us with our key fob access. Melissa was the one that we got to communicate with the most and she was truly the best. We rarely or almost never had to approach the manager (Colby) because all was taken care of extremely efficiently by the old leasing office team. I hope the new leasing office team will get up to speed soon and hopefully we will get to experience the same level of awesome Ariza service as the old leasing office team."
"My washer literally leaves everything soaking wet as it’s broken. Management says they will replace it but it’s been a month. I’m ringing out my towels by hand and the dryer has to work over time to dry - and my water/electric bill goes up."
