"Great experience!! I had to make a ton of changes to our original reservation. I messed the entire thing up. We had so more kids coming. They had to split our rooms into two rooms. They were so helpful and easy to work with. Great experience with making changes to my reservation. Can’t wait to go this weekend."
"Good for a 3 day weekend. Kids of all ages have stuff to do. The food is expensive and sub par, and not many options for a whole resort-like place. We found ourselves leaving to find better food for even less nearby. It's very dated, but they're doing construction so hopefully that'll change. Their arcade is great though! Small, but gives real tickets which is super fun for the young ones. They liked it as much as the water. Very kind staff there."
"It was a blast! My 4 yr old grandson loved it. Down fall....Food is too expensive at the Waterpark. You pay $16 for a chicken strip meal...8 oz cup with no refill? Also..the meal plan for 2 days is not worth it due to the cost of food. The lady that checked us in seemed irritated as well. But over all..staff was good. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 3:30 am....that was terrible. Otherwise...we had fun."
"This experience was great for my son but definitely was not worth the price. Rooms were outdated. Shower did not get hot. Animatronics were not working. Got pizza at the hotel and was burnt. Ice machines did not work on two floors we went to. Check in was easy but we were given the wrong wrist bands and had to go back to get the proper bands. We were not able to order food to our rooms because all restaurants were not delivering to rooms. Arcade was a ridiculous line only to get a card that read insufficient funds at first swipe and had to have staff treat us rudely when we went back. Wand that was purchased for the interactive games did not work next day. Was told we would receive credit for inconveniences we had by hotel staff and did not receive credit. Breakfast was horrible due to under cooked eggs, raw sausage and over cooked bacon. Spent over $700 for a horrible evening. Would have had a better stay at a holiday in for 1/6 of the price. Will NEVER stay again!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Save your money!!!!"
"Wolf pack checking in!! My family decided to pick this resort for a water park weekend vacation. Checking in was a breeze and finding our room was as well. The first night we just checked out all the local shops, and had a blasting time at the grounds. The second day we started off with Starbucks coffee and the kids did the magi Quest. The water park kept the kids entertained for hours. I only ventured in the hot tub for about 45 min. The positive for the hot tub was adults only but it looked kind of dirty with brown scum hanging for the filter area, so I didn’t stay in it very long. My food choice at the resort was the lodge. Choices were slim but I pick the wilderness bowl which was really good. When crashing out for the night prepare to sleep on low quality bedding because the bunk beds felt like baby beds and also the other beds felt cheap. Also the amenities were few such as blankets pillows and towels. Also if you check out an extra towel for the water park, be sure to return it to avoid an additional charge. My overall experience was pretty nice but the sleep was slim. If I was asked to come back I would answer yes but I would definitely pack my own pillow and blanket."
